Jordan Playfair – Jordan Playfair is a Glasgow-based songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who grew up in South Wales. His musical outlook is shaped by a mythic conception of the UK’s past and present, with the post-industrial South Wales landscape consistently influencing the aural textures and lyrical themes explored in his music. Squatting in London from 2011 to 2023, Jordan often performed at open mic nights, refining his artistic voice and song-craft. His current focus is guitar and voice, drawing inspiration from folk, metal, and blues.
Recently signed to AD93, Jordan Playfair released his solo album ‘from the heights’ on the esteemed label in late 2024 which features timeless sensitive and eerie softly picked guitar ballads .

Cuckoo Spit – Cuckoo Spit is a spooky and sweet lo-fi project born in rural North Yorkshire in songwriter Lottie Morton’s bedroom. Sounding reminiscent of early 4AD releases, the songs deal with personal themes such as limerence, alienation and suspicion featuring lyrics infused with pastoral imagery and metaphor inspired by Lottie’s surroundings as an adolescent . Cuckoo Spit started performing live in 2023 and plays as both a solo act and a band – this will be their Glasgow debut after recently relocating from London where the project received a lot of positive attention.

D0nc4n – Duncan Colquhoun is a producer and artist born and raised in Glasgow whose current project ‘D0nc4n’ channels and exaggerates pop, alternative and experimental influences. He intends to balance vulnerability and lightness and to sport a sound that never remains steeped in any one genre. Although his recording process is relatively solitary, a thread of interaction runs through the project in borrowed quotes, sampling or field recording- small lyrical tokens and melodies found in everyday exchanges.
